4. Kitchen 100% equipped with all new appliances. All the necessary kitchenware brand new: complete crockery, cutlery, utensils, cookware, etc.. Separate laundry area with washer-dryer and sink.

5. Outdoor patio with bench and artificial grass, ideal to disconnect.

6. Building with concierge service, ideal for receiving packages when you are not at home.

Requirements:

* 1 month deposit. * 450€ entrance fee. * Be clean and tidy. * Pets are not allowed.

These are temporary contracts (1-11 months); with flexibility to stay as long as wanted between this period.
