3. Two full bathroom with shower and bath, and many drawer organizers. It also has a separate toilet. Includes new towels.

4. Kitchen 100% equipped with all new appliances. All the necessary kitchenware brand new: complete crockery, cutlery, utensils, cookware, etc.. It has all the necessary appliances: oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.

Requirements:

* 1 month deposit. * 450€ entrance fee. * To be clean and tidy. * Pets are not allowed. * No couples allowed.
