The room has a ceiling fan with different powers and a separate lock with external key and latch on the inside.

3. Full bathroom with shower and screen, and a drawer organizer / room. Includes new towels.

4. Kitchen 100% equipped with all new appliances. All the necessary kitchenware brand new: complete crockery, cutlery, utensils, cookware, etc.. Separate laundry area with washer-dryer.

5. Terrace / interior patio chill out with sofas, puffs, carpet and plants. Very cozy, ideal for disconnecting and reading.

Requirements:
