The apartment is fully furnished.
Wifi, ADSL, heating, air conditioning, hot water, fully equipped kitchen.
Currently 2 girls university students live in the flat.
Very well connected to the UB and UPC universities. Pubilla Casas L5 metro stop (blue line), Can Rigalt tram stop (only 3 stops from the UB university area) and UPC Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya University.
Many shops, supermarkets, gyms, banks ... and Finestrelles shopping center.
Also near the subway, tram, bus and night bus.
